- Eco-Friendly and Sustainable Building
In the construction of our Trofa Logistics Platform, we used Cork as the main material. Cork is a renewable and recyclable raw material, recognised for its thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Besides maintaining a stable temperature inside the building, it reduces the need for air conditioning, minimises noise and creates a more comfortable working environment.
- Electric Cars and Charging Stations
Olicargo’s Electric Fleet demonstrates our commitment to reducing carbon emissions. To encourage the use of electric vehicles, promote cleaner mobility and reduce emissions, we have also equipped our facilities with Charging Stations.
- Photovoltaic Panels
We use solar energy to power our daily operations and reduce our dependence on non-renewable energy sources. This reinforces our commitment to more sustainable energy practices and is a more cost-effective solution in the long term.
- Natural Light Roofing
Our Gandra Logistics Centre’s roof is designed to maximize sunlight penetration. As well as improving the quality and comfort of the working environment, this also reduces the need for artificial lighting. This reduces electricity consumption and creates a smaller environmental impact.
- Dock Doors With Windows
We prioritise solutions that benefit the environment down to the smallest detail. For example, our Warehouse Doors are fitted with windows that allow natural light to enter. This sustainable alternative means less daytime artificial lighting, saves energy and enhances outdoor enjoyment.
